i have been prescribed olanzapine since 1996 and found that i put on a weight gain of over 2 stone. it has helped me with bipolar however it is not an ideal solution to treating the condition as they can be addictive. However i am still a survivor after being on olanzapine since the beginning so there is a bit of good news in that.
